Generally, we have a very fast turnaround time. Typically, it takes us just one day to complete a 2,000 word general translation. How do you ensure translation quality?

All our translators are qualified and have specialised industry experience. Our translators are evaluated regularly through a rigorous screening process to ensure their skills are up to date. We dedicate a team of translators to every single project; this way, projects are not just left to a single individual but are taken care of by a team of dedicated professionals. This quality control measure ensures quality. We do not rely on computer translation but rather, our human translators are trained to research products and services so as to apply relevant terminology for greater accuracy.
