Successful European Tea Brand looking to expand into Asian Markets. Obtained initial market feedback on the product, imported several samples, took small quantities of each product to test in the China market. Eliminated those products where market take up did not meet expectations and reduced product list from 30 to 10 products. Fine tuned our marketing communication to focus our product on Female audience in the 30-45 age range.

Case Two:

Helped European Brand apply for cosmetics license in China. Negotiated sole distribution with several large distributors in China.

Case Three:

Brand was looking to enter the Chinese market without substantial investment. We found a distributor willing to fund the entry of the product with a marketing fee split 50/50 with the brand and focused channels online.
